Look... calm down. True enough some surfaces are resistant to the vecro adhesive. Usually the culprit is rubber. If it is not a ventage or expensive pedal one option is to remove the rubber bottom and then put the velcro (hook side adhesive tape) on. If You do not want to remove the rubber bottom then You can use another adhesive such as Gorilla glue to reenforce adhesion. You can use Goo Gone gel, or something like that, to remove the tape is You ever want to remove the tape. Another option, i hate to say, is to put Gaff tape on the bottom of the pedal, then stick the hook side tape to it.
